What does turnkey mean in hall construction?

Turnkey means that all construction and fit-out work sits with one supplier. At handover you receive a hall that is ready to use, and you have coordinated not a single trade. If you prefer, you can take on individual items yourself — we then take them out of the scope.

What does a turnkey timber hall cost?

The cost depends on size, specification and requirements. For a well insulated structural shell, prices are usually between 400 and 600 euros per square metre. On top of that come foundations, spans, snow loads, height and individual fittings such as offices or crane equipment. You get your own figure in the ballpark quote, before any cost arises for you.

What are the advantages of a timber hall?

Timber is a climate-friendly, renewable material. Every hall can be tailored to production, storage or sport. Timber behaves predictably in a fire and, properly designed, achieves a high standard of fire safety. And because the components are prefabricated in the plant, the build time is considerably shorter.

The first idea
You have a picture of your new hall. We talk it through, get to know how your business runs and note down what your hall has to do.
Ballpark quote
On that basis you receive a first ballpark quote. It shows you the budget range and the scope before you commit.
Detailed quote
We cost every trade in detail and add the scheme design. This quote is chargeable. If you go ahead with us, the charge falls away.
Order and build date
With the order, your fixed build date is set. From then on we handle all the coordination and keep you posted at every step.
Turnkey handover
We build, adjust and clean. You receive your hall ready to use and move in.
